How to make pudding

 I will introduce how to make pudding. Pudding is a confectionery whose main ingredient is eggs. A kind of western confectionery. Do you like pudding? There are a lot of puddings in the world. However, the pudding I'm about to introduce is very delicious. I want you to make it. The pudding I will introduce is told by my favorite youtuber. He taught me joy of cooking. So I will tell you this recipe. Materials are as follows.

-Instrument-

Measuring spoon (large, small)
Mug (as short and wide as possible.)
tea strainer
Aluminum foil
your favorite plate

-Caramel-

granulated sugar (1 tablespoon)
water (1 teaspoon)

-pudding liquid-

Granulated sugar (2 tablespoon)
Milk (120㎖)
Whole egg (1 egg)
vanilla essence(not always necessary)


0. Fill the mug with hot water and warm it up so that it doesn't crack.

1. Make the caramel. Mix 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of water in a mug. If it is a cup, the residual heat of the caramel will crack the cup.

2. Heat in the microwave at 600 watts for a minute and a half to two minutes. It's best to turn it amber, so if it's still transparent, heat it in 30 second increments.

3. When it becomes amber, add 1 teaspoon of water and stir. Finally, lightly mix the mug to complete the caramel. Mix vigorously and do not spill.

4. Next, Make pudding liquid. Place one egg in a bowl and beat with a whisk. Be careful not to let air get in and create bubbles.

5. When it is roughly mixed, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and mix again. Don't mistake the amount of granulated sugar.

6. Add 120ml of milk and mix well. If you have vanilla extract, add about four drops.

7. After placing the tea strainer, pour the pudding liquid into the mug. At this time, the pudding liquid remaining in the tea strainer is mixed so as not to be wasted.

8. This is the most important step !! Heat at 600 watts for a minute and a half. This time is just a guideline, so take a good look after about a minute, and if the pudding liquid swells, immediately remove it from the microwave. Do not leave inflated.

9. Wrap the mug with aluminum foil and let the remaining heat harden the part where the pudding has not completely set. Be careful not to burn yourself.

10. When the residual heat is gone, put it in the refrigerator to cool. Make sure to cool completely.

11. Remove from refrigerator and remove aluminum foil. Put your favorite plate on top of the mug and turn it upside down. At this time, please do not spill.
